General Terms and Conditions (AGB) for Event Participation

“DIYDetailing.eu Presents: The Yvan Lacroix Training Series”

1. Contractual Partner The contract is concluded between the ticket purchaser (hereinafter “Participant”) and:

  • Organizer: diydetailing.eu
  • Legal Representative: Ivan Grabar Kranjc
  • Location of Event: Rein und Shine Autopflege, Peter-Mitterhofer-Gasse 25, 9020 Klagenfurt, Austria.

2. Event Date and Validity

  • The specific date and time of the event are noted exclusively on the purchased ticket and the corresponding booking confirmation.
  • The ticket is valid only for the specific date and time slot printed thereon.

3. Conclusion of Contract

  • By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” (or “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen”) button, the Participant submits a binding offer to purchase the ticket for the date selected during the checkout process.
  • The contract is finalized only when diydetailing.eu sends a confirmation email with the invoice.

4. No Right of Withdrawal (FAGG § 18)

  • Pursuant to § 18 para. 1 line 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned or refunded by the Participant due to the fixed-date nature of the event.

5. Vehicle Liability & Safety

  • Active Participation: Participants bringing their own vehicles do so at their own risk.
  • Facility Rules: The instructions of the staff at Rein und Shine Autopflege must be followed strictly to ensure safety.
  • Liability: The Organizer (diydetailing.eu) and the venue owner are only liable for damages to vehicles caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation

  • If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, the ticket price will be refunded in full.
  • In the event of a postponement, the Participant will be notified. If the Participant cannot attend the new date, they are entitled to a refund.

7. Use of Image and Video

  • By attending, the Participant acknowledges that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by diydetailing.eu for promotional purposes (social media, website) in accordance with the GDPR (DSGVO).

8. Final Provisions

  • Applicable Law: This contract is governed by Austrian Law.
  • Jurisdiction: The competent court for all disputes is the court in Klagenfurt, Austria.
